Anastasia is an experienced leader with a history of development in tax and financial audits, risk assessment and mitigation, transfer pricing project management, global mobility services, M&A deals, restructurings and outsourcing services management.
Anastasia has studied economics in the university of Athens and she also holds an MSC in applied economics and finance from the National & Kapodistrian university of Athens. In 2014 become a certified professional by the Institute of Public Accountants of Greece, supervised by the national oversight authority of the accounting and audit profession (Haasob).
Anastasia has more than 15 years of experience leading International Tax and Transfer Pricing Projects in South East Europe and Mediterranean. She has served a wide range of Greek and foreign multinationals. Her broad tax experience combined with her audit experience gives another perspective to multijurisdictional tax audit support projects.
Since the foundation of the Greek Transfer Pricing practice in 2008, and through her substantial international experience, she has served as a coordinator for diverse cross border engagements. In addition, having witnessed the first implementation of the Transfer Pricing Practice in Greece, Cyprus, Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Ukraine, Albania, Bosnia, and Montenegro can be considered as a highly skilled expert advising key players in the region.
She has also been involved in negotiations with Greek and international tax authorities in SEE and Mediterranean region, providing audit tax support in multiple jurisdictions.
Anastasia has written several articles both for local and international tax publications and she has participated as a speaker in many events for professionals globally. Furthermore, she is a lecturer in the lifelong distance Training Centre of the National & Kapodisrtian University of Athens since 2008.
